Let's start with the Dover, New Hampshire staple, Fat Dog Kitchen. It's been a locally owned and operated chef-run breakfast and lunch hot spot for more than 30 years.

From breakfast choices consisting of all the favorites as well as those comfort food lunches like sandwiches, burgers, and fresh salads, there's a reason that fans drive for miles and miles to downtown Dover.

So, how cool to run across a posting on the Fat Dog Kitchen Instagram feed that says they're joining forces with Baked with Joe to create NoBo in North Berwick, Maine?

We are extremely excited to announce that we are coming to North Berwick Maine!!! Fat Dog Kitchen will remain in Dover in the very capable hands of Stephanie Gladys and our amazing team! Fat Dog Kitchen and Baked with Joe have come together to create NoBo!!!! We are hopeful for a mid June opening!!

Despite brief concern, Fat Dog Kitchen isn't closing its Dover location, but rather adding a second location with Baked with Joe.

If you're not familiar, Baked with Joe is owned by a guy named Joe who, according to his Facebook page, makes and delivers mouthwatering, home-style food to your home or office. Now he's bringing his homemade style of breads, baked goods, lunches, and dinners along for the ride to help create NoBo.

This dynamic partnering will offer unique takes on sandwiches, soups and salads. Scratch made sweet treats will be available for those with a sweet tooth. We will offer grab and go lunches and dinners. Catering will also be a part of NoBo! Don`t worry we will still be offering Joe`s amazing home meal delivery service!!! We are fired up for this opportunity as well to become a part of the North Berwick Community.

Now we wait and keep our fingers crossed that their goal to open in June, 2022 happens, because the sooner the better. YUM!
