I was scrolling on Instagram the other day, as I do, and I saw this photo that stopped me dead in my tracks.
Then I realized that aliens aren't invading our planet (yet), but there's an awesome light show at Sandy Hill Farm in Eliot, Maine. It's fun for the whole family!
Every year, Sandy Hill Farm does a fall event with a different theme. They have done a Winter Wonders theme (Holiday Lights), a charity Easter Egg Treasure Hunt, and for their third year, they have an Out-of-This-World light show. Walk through 3/4 mile gravel paths through an old-growth forest for an unearthly experience. The trail has fiber optics, projection, neon lights, (400,000, to be precise), and tons of interactive tunnels that people can walk through. Your kids are going to LOVE IT.
There is still time for you to visit this galaxy far, far away in Southern Maine! The Out of This World Light Show is happening at Sandy Hill Farm until October 29. Grab your tickets and get more info here.
