The Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation (COAST) on Monday began requiring its passengers to wear masks when on board one of their vehicles.

COAST, which offers bus, trolley and shuttle services in southeastern New Hampshire, said in a Facebook post that for a limited time disposable masks would be made available on each one of their vehicles.

The service also encouraged passengers who encounter someone not wearing a mask to maintain at least six feet of distance between themselves and any such passenger.
