Hampton Woman Killed in Fatal Seabrook Crash
A Hampton woman was killed in a fatal, single-vehicle accident on Tuesday in Seabrook, according to police.
Police said they responded to the area of 43 Railroad Avenue and found the woman, identified as Rachel Frost, 35, of Hampton, lying in the roadway while bystanders performed CPR.
Responders continued to perform CPR until Frost was transported to the nearby Seabrook Emergency Room where she was pronounced dead, police said.

According to police, a preliminary investigation showed that Frost was traveling westbound on Railroad Avenue in a 2019 Hyundai Tucson and failed to negotiate a curve in the road.
Police believe the vehicle crossed the eastbound lane before striking a tree and rolling over, ejecting Frost and eventually coming to rest in the roadway.
A dog in the vehicle was also transported to a veterinarian for evaluation, police said.
Railroad Avenue was closed for about an hour while officers investigated the incident.
