Can You Really See George Strait in Massachusetts For Only $100?

If you are a country music fan who lives in New England, the 2025 concert season is going to be one for the record books.

We have already had a couple of great shows in Portland, including Parker McCollum and Brantley Gilbert.  And, it looks like summer is going to be filled with so many must-see concerts that you are going to have to really pick and choose which ones are most important to you.

So far, we've gotten word that Luke Bryan, the Zac Brown Band, Billy Currington, Parmalee, Post Malone, Jelly Roll, and Margan Wallen are all going to be performing in Maine, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts.

There is one concert, though, that could be the kind of the all!

Country legend George Strait, along with country superstar Chris Stapleton, are scheduled to perform at Foxborough's Gillette Stadium on Saturday, June 21st, 2025.

Even better, they'll be joined by opening act Parker McCollum.

Kind of surprising, this show has not yet sold out.  As of April 8th, there were still seats left.

Of course, those who are used to attending the concerts of extremely popular performers know that, even after the show is 'sold out', there will still be tickets available.  The catch is that you'll have to pay the reseller's markup.

So, how much am I going to have to pay for tickets to this show?

If you pull up Ticketmaster or Stubhub, you are likely to get a mix of tickets from the venue and tickets that resellers are trying to unload.

We spent a few minutes checking out all of the available tickets.  Premium tickets, like those located on the field (near the stage), were crazy expensive.  Some of them were going for as much as $2,300 a piece!  Yeah, it was kind of shocking, but we are talking about King George!

We were also kind of surprised to find some fairly affordable tickets.  If you didn't mind sitting higher up in the stadium, you could find tickets for a little over $100.  Of course, that amount is pre-taxes and fees.
