Can you feel it? Are you thinking about it?

Fall is on the horizon for Maine, when the leaves pop with color, the air is crisp, and a warm hoodie or jacket feels so right.

You can get a jumpstart on those autumn vibes by hitting up three awesome corn mazes in the Pine Tree State that all open in August. Some are even open now.

Treworgy Family Orchards Corn Maze in Levant, Maine

According to Treworgy Family Orchards, it has the longest continually running corn maze in Maine, starting all the way back in 2001. That's over 20+ years.

The farm's website states that there are "60,000 corn plants [that] make up each 4-acre maze, and most of the stalks grow up to 10 feet tall."

As for the special design for 2025? A Facebook post revealed that this year's theme is a giant whale based on Robert McCloskey’s children's book "Burt Dow, Deep-Water Man." (Last year's was Peter Rabbit if you were wondering.)

Will it be named one of the best corn mazes in the United States for 2025? It has been for the past few years, and it might just very well be again.

The corn maze opened on August 1 and is located at 3876 Union Street in Levant, Maine.

Pineland Farms Corn Maze in New Gloucester, Maine

According to Pineland Farms, it's entering its 10th year with a corn maze.

There isn't a specific design, but you get over 5 acres to twist and turn your way from the start to the finish.

Your 2-hour ticket to the maze also gets you access to the farm, where you can check out some of the animals, too.

The corn maze opens on August 21 and is located at 15 Farm View Drive in New Gloucester, Maine.

Royal River Orchards in New Gloucester, Maine

According to Royal River Orchards, the family-run farm has been around for over 62 years and three generations.

Not only can you do the corn maze when it opens for the season, but there's also some apple picking as well. Sounds fun and delicious.

The corn maze opens on August 30 and is located at 201 Peacock Hill Road in New Gloucester, Maine.
