Who doesn't love a burger?

I can't think of one person who would turn up their nose as some sort of burger.  Even if you're a vegetarian, bean burgers are delicious.

A burger is one of the most creative, versatile foods you can make.  From the bun, to the protein, to the toppings, you can literally "have it your way" each time.

My burger love started with two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.  (You sang that, didn't you?  No judgement.)

I have been to all of these New Hampshire burger locations and I can say, without hesitation, that my taste buds and my belly were so happy.

Here are my favorite places on the New Hampshire Seacoast in no particular order:

LEXIE'S in Dover, Epping, Exeter and Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Lexie's was actually named the best burger place in all of New Hampshire by Reader's Digest.  I have to say, they aren't wrong, they are the best.

You even get to color at Lexie's.  How can you hate it?

Hop + Grind, Durham

How genius is it of local celebrity chef, Bobby Marcotte, to open a burger joint in the college town of Durham, NH?  Students and their families will spend their tuition money just to get their hands on one of these bad boys.

The Goat - Hampton and Manchester

The Goat, I think, is best known for the whole vibe of the place.  If you are coming to and from a concert and you just want a cool place to hang, the Goat is it.  Perfect locations for both Manchester and Portsmouth.

Their menu is pub food, all really great and their burgers always hit the spot.  Especially after a couple beers.

HotMess Poutine - Rochester

HotMess Poutine's food in general is wicked good.  It's a food truck located in Rochester, mostly.  The reviews about their poutine are from locals who know the difference.  This is my most recent find.  Their smash burger is amazing.

Tuckaway Tavern and Butchery, Raymond, NH
