If you're new around here you might not know how I feel about Carolyn and the whole crew at C'est Cheese in Hampton. That feeling is love! It's so great to see a female owned business thrive and it's certainly not by accident; Carolyn is as passionate and hard working as they come.

If you aren't familiar with C'est Cheese, they are specialty cheese shop that recently expanded to a bigger and better location in Hampton in the plaza next to Community Oven.

On one side they have all of their specialty cheese, jams, crackers, wine etc. You are welcome to sample any of the cheese before buying them. Then on the other side is a wine bar with a full menu that has sandwiches, charcuterie boards, fondue and so much more.

There's something about buying cheese at a cheese shop that just feels high end. Demure, as the kids say.  First of all, they have THE QUALITY STUFF; so many varieties of cheese that you would never find in your grocery store even in the fancy cheese section. I am talking aged cheese, cheese that is seasoned with fun things, and cheese from cool regions that you didn't even know make cheese (but they do!) Every slice of cheese tells a story, some more complex than others.

The creatives at C'est Cheese put out a mouthwatering reel recently saying they were testing out some Easter Cocktails. I am happy to be the voice of our people when I say we like what we see!

Anything involving a Cadbury Creme egg has my heart and I'm not usually the biggest supporter of Peeps but these Peep-mosas are absolutely precious. (To clarify, I just gave them that name)

No word yet on whether or not these will be the official Easter cocktails at C'est Cheese this weekend but I just want it to be known that they have my blessing.

What is your favorite cocktail to enjoy on Easter?
