Wanna Get Away From People? Live in this Haunted New Hampshire Ghost Town in the White Mountains

Livermore, NH is located in Grafton County.  I admit, I am not in Grafton County very often, however, I am a big fan of the Woodstock Inn, the next town over from Livermore.  It's a beauty of a place.  Also, next to Livermore is a place called the "Pemigewasset Wilderness."  They both border the White Mountain National Forest.  It's a stunning place, but lemme tell ya... I wouldn't want to get lost in those woods.

Livermore was once a bustling logging town with a population of 200 people in the late 1800's.  That was the most people Livermore ever had.  A case of smallpox started to take hold of the town, then, in the 1920's, a flood destroyed the mills and that destroyed the logging business.

There are a few artifacts in Livermore to this day that shows as proof that the town was once inhabited by people enjoying their life, (I hope?) and thriving.

Here's what I think about most places that are considered "haunted," or creepy.  I believe that we are made of energy and that never dies.  It's science.  So, if I am in a place that gives me a sense that someone is there even though I can't see them, I believe that to be true.  I will sometimes talk to them, cuz.... I'm that person. Or, if I feel like they want to do harm, I'll say some other protective words and high-tail it outta there.
