225 Applications Later – New Hampshire Bachelor Chooses Date to His Friend’s Wedding
So if you haven't heard us talk about this on the show or read my previous article, we have been very invested in New Hampshire's own Zach Taylor and his journey to find love or at least a date to his friend's wedding.
Let's fill you in, shall we?
Matthew Airey, Zach's co worker and friend, is getting married at the end of this month. Zach is looking for a plus one to Matt's wedding so naturally Matt launched a contest to help find his boy a date. (the bride Annie also gave the plan her seal of approval, thank god)

A little about Zach
Zach is a hard working lad who works as the excavation and site prep lead at Airey Brothers Property Network.
He is an incredible single Dad to his daughter Lani.
He's a great dog dad too to his new puppy Bella. (girl dad alert)
Did we mention he has a 23 foot bow-rider boat that is the party of the Summer?
In order to throw their hat into the ring, interested participants were instructed to send an email to smile@theabpn.com and include why they would be a perfect date for Zach, why they'd love to come along, and if they'd like Filet mignon or Chicken Statler. They were also instructed to include the charity of their choice and why it’s important to them. Zach pledged to donate $50 dollars to the charity of the winning lady's choice. We love a charitable component!
They received over 225 applications
The confidence in these applications was astounding. These women (and a few gents) really put themselves out there and expressed why they would be Zach's perfect match.
A lot of submissions were sent by friends of single ladies, unfortunately those were discarded from the jump. Zach wanted to ensure that the winning lady was entering this contest at her own free will and not being forced into it; A noble gent!
Tomorrow we will be calling the lucky lady on Kira & Logan in the morning and cordially inviting her to be Zach's plus one. Will she say yes? GOD I HOPE SO! Don't miss it at 6:30 am on air on 97.5 WOKQ or streaming on the 97.5 WOKQ APP.
