Newburyport police are looking for the man who walked in a CVS store and handed the pharmacist a note that he had a bomb on Saturday afternoon

The man walked into the store on Pond Street just after 2 p.m. and went to the pharmacist with the note that also demanded prescription drugs, according to City Marshal Mark Murray. The pharmacist handed over an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs.

The man is described as a male in his 30s or 40s, approximately 5 feet-10 inches to 6 feet tall and between 160-170 pounds. He was wearing a bright blue Nike-branded hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, a navy blue baseball-style hat, gray-colored shoes with white soles and a light blue surgical mask driving an older model pickup with New Hampshire plates.
