If you haven't heard of the Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company, you have now, as this legendary restaurant and brewery in the Greater Portland area is finally moving south.
With locations in Yarmouth, Freeport, and Portland, they're now open in the stunning Seacoast town of Ogunquit, Maine. I've heard about this incredible restaurant simply because of its blueberry pizza.
Yup, you heard me. One of their best-selling pizzas is a white pizza with Maine's famously scrumptious blueberries, roasted shallots, ricotta cheese, and lemon zest. I cannot wait to try it. But wait, the creativity doesn't end there.
According to the restaurant's website, the list of pizza choices is like nothing you've ever seen. There's smoked barbecue pork with fuji apples, smoked pulled pork with gouda, mac and cheese with jalapeno cornbread, and a capicola pineapple with hot honey, just to list a few.
Are you drooling? I am! I have a feeling my lobster roll road trips I enjoy in Maine will include a craft pizza road trip to Brickyard Hollow this summer, too.
And they have more than just pizza, with plenty of pub fare, protein bowls, unique creations, and apps.
And the craft beer list is just as unique and welcoming, including a blueberry delight, various ales, stouts, and porters brewed on site.
It's an incredible list with new beers added all of the time as well as tastings and flights that any beer snob will embrace.
This new Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company is right in the heart of the quaint town of Ogunquit at 335 Main Street.
