What an extraordinary home Ben Affleck owns, and I'm sure this was quite the decision for him to decide to sell it again. As a matter of fact, Home and Gardens says this impressive house is where Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez not only hosted so many of their friends and family leading up to their wedding, but the wedding itself. This 3-home estate is listed by Engle and Volkers Savannah, Georgia and Richard Mopper.

Ben tried to sell it a few years ago, so maybe fate stepped in until after the marriage.

It's called the 'Big House', and is the primary mansion on this property of 3 homes. It's described as a remarkable imitation of a plantation house, sitting on 86 acres of land overlooking the North Newport River in Georgia.

It is considered one of the crown jewels along the coast of Georgia, so you can imagine it won't last long on the market for $7.6 million at nearly 6,000 square feet.

The home features a gorgeous veranda, special pinewood flooring, massive arched fireplaces, and 13 foot high ceilings. There's even a path that leads from the rear veranda to the river, where you will find another home on the property called the "Summer Cottage" with a large fireplace.

Then there's a third home on the property called the "Oyster House", with three master suites and five bedrooms. Ben's property also boasts equestrian facilities and a private deep-water dock. Talk about tranquil, according to Home and Gardens.
