Looking at rich and famous people's homes and properties doesn't get me too excited. I can't have that life, so why tempt myself?

Well, not this place. I am totally renting (booking) this place in my near future.

This is seriously the coolest Airbnb I have ever seen or heard of, and it is only three hours from Seacoast New Hampshire.

With hosting capabilities of over 16+, 17 beds, a full bar and wine cellar, and so much more, this place is loaded with activities to entertain all ages for days.

This is a 575-acre recreational paradise and yes, the ultimate playground.

Why was I hesitant to share this place? Well, it is the perfect group outing (specifically the bachelor party) spot in New England.

I'm dead serious. Who would not want a bachelor party at this adult playground?

I want it for myself.

I don't want this thing to get too popular...then they can raise the price and it will book up even more than it already does.

The nightly cost is only about $4,000. So if you can get 20 people together for an outing, weekend away, bachelor party, etc., two nights would only be $400 per person. Super reasonable for something of this magnitude.
