Rapper Jack Harlow was in Maine yesterday
In what somehow feels like it slipped under the radar for most Mainers, except for University of Maine students in Orono, rapper Jack Harlow was in Maine yesterday to entertain UMaine students as part of their annual Maine Day celebration.
University of Maine's 'Maine Day'
According to the UMaine website, Maine Day is a day on campus dedicated to students participating in an annual spring cleanup, which also includes a barbecue, parade, and various service projects.
Jack Harlow has been all about New England lately
Even though Jack has had some high-profile appearances recently this month, like at the Nickelodeon Choice Awards and the GRAMMY Awards, Jack has also been all over New England and will continue to be before the month is up.
He was seen in Boston a couple of weeks ago, had his Maine Day show for UMaine students (which was a free performance only open to students as long as they showed their Student IDs and Proof of Vaccination, according to BDN) last night, and also has two upcoming shows in New England as well.
According to Jack's official website, he'll be performing at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts on the UMass Lowell campus this Saturday night, as well as following up with a performance on Sunday night in Amherst, Massachusetts at the Mullins Center on the campus of UMass Amherst.
Definitely a busy time for Jack, but also incredibly cool of him to continually come back to New England to allow college students in the area the chance to vibe to his massive hits 'What's Poppin,' his collab with Lil Nas X called 'Industry Baby,' and his brand new song 'First Class.'
