Missing out on the top honor, a campground in Boothbay, Maine, has been named among the most unique in America

Massachusetts has several amazing local breweries. Many have received lots of acclaim over the years. And now a relatively new spot here has received tons of well-deserved praise and national recognition as it has been voted in the popular publication 'USA Today' to finish in the top three for the category of "Best New Brewery".

Great Rhythm, a proud member of the trifecta, took to their social media the other day to share with their loyal followers that they are closing their taproom on Bartlett Street in Portsmouth.

I stumbled upon this hidden treasure of a brewhouse, and the beers aren't the only unique thing about it.

Fun fact: the number one alcoholic beverage consumed throughout the U.S. is beer. Luckily for us in Massachusetts, New England happens to be a fertile region for where you can find a wide range of the best tasting beers in the country. And in Massachusetts, there is a certain brewery that happens to have several beers listed amongst the most delicious in the U.S. As it turns out, that same brewery has some big expansion plans on the horizon within the Bay State.
