While NH DCYF was awaiting information to complete a report for Massachusetts, a family court in Lawrence abruptly awarded custody to the couple, Gov. Chirs Sununu said.

"While NH DCYF was awaiting information to comply with a request for a home study, a family court in Massachusetts abruptly awarded custody to Harmony Montgomery's father and stepmother," Gov. Chris Sununu said.
