The Plaistow Police Department posted a video of two individuals they saw stole a car from a residency in town.

The victim, a passenger in the car, suffered fatal injuries while the driver, who was intoxicated, lost control of the vehicle.

Earl Ganoe, Jr., 40, of Seabrook, was handed a slew of charges after a crash resulted in the death of his passenger, police said.
