How To Win Prizes at The Hampton Holiday Hunt
In lieu of a holiday parade, which was canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce created the Hampton Holiday Hunt, a variety event taking place across the Hampton area.
Here's how you can participate in the event, which began Friday.
Your objective is to visit Hampton business that are decorated for the holiday season. Those decorations have an item you must find. Some locations will have holiday decorations outside, and others you will go into the business to find.

All the while you will be hunting for the hidden items at each business and checking them off in the the Passport Raffle Book, which includes a list of businesses participating in the event. The raffle is free and available at participating businesses.
Passport Raffle Books must be returned to The Community Oven by December 5. The Community Oven will have a North Pole mailbox. There you will submit your books along with your vote for the business “Best Decorated for the Holiday”, as well as pictures with Santa. Each Passport Raffle Book is eligible for a great holiday grand prize.
Two grand-prize winners will be drawn and win $250 worth of gift certificates.
"In the absence of the Experience Hampton Holiday Parade this year," the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce wrote on Facebook, "the community has come together to create an event that is filled with shopping, dining, and holiday fun for the whole family. Your vote will determine which business will win the “Best Decorated for the Holiday” prize. Plus, you could win the Hampton Holiday Hunt Passport Raffle prize!"
