While 2020 has taken many restaurants away from us, it has also given some back.

And although in this particular case folks might not be able to enjoy this one fully until 2021, people are clearly very excited over what appears to be a Hong Asian Noodle Bar opening soon in Dover.

The Hong Asian Noodle Bar appears to be taking the spot of the old Dover House of Pizza on Central Avenue, and the new signage caught the attention of the "Dover (NH) Takeout Restaurants-surviving COVID-19" Facebook group.

The restaurant did not appear to be on social media just yet but a quick search did find a website with a menu that seemed to favor various ramen dishes.

There were no pictures to go along with the food items on the menu but the options were abound with 16 appetizers, two signature noodle dishes, five chef's signature dishes, nine noodle and rice dishes, and several bubble tea options as well.

The website also has functions for making reservations and ordering online, but those functions do not yet appear to be working.

Although it's unclear when the restaurant will open in earnest, the website lists its hours as Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Here are some of the other Seacoast restaurants that opened in 2020.
