Citing how COVID-19 has "left thousands of workers without jobs, and hundreds of businesses seeking to rehire or find new employees as they re-open," the chamber is encouraging folks to learn more about the importance of employability and how it can aid success either as a job seeker or as someone responsible for hiring, according to the chamber's website.

The forum will be held from 8:30-10 a.m. on Tuesday and is free to attend, although participants are required to register beforehand to acquire the Zoom link.

Courtney Ferrell, Program Manager for Professional Development SkillsUSA, will be the keynote speaker at the event. The student speaker will be Kayla Kettering, a National High School Vice President.
