Congdon's Doughnuts, Wells

I know what you're thinking. What does a restaurant with "doughnuts" in its name know about eggs benedict? Just wait until you take a peek at the menu and see their Maine Lobster Benedict option. The menu says it is sautéed knuckle and claw lobster on an English muffin. Topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise, served with home fries for $18.99.

You can also order the Deluxe Lobster Benedict, which is sautéed half-pound knuckle and claw lobster on an English muffin. Topped with 3 poached eggs and hollandaise. Served with home fries for $32.99.

Country View Restaurant, Greenland

There are a ton of eggs benedict concoctions you can try at the Country View Restaurant in Greenland. The ones that are changing the game? That would be the Crab Cake Bennie, which is two poached eggs, a pair of Maryland crab cakes and baby spinach on a grilled English muffin. Topped with creamy hollandaise sauce for $12.99.

And then we've got the Poutine Bennie, which is seasoned shore fries, Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds and two poached eggs topped with country sausage gravy for $11.99.

Fat Dog Kitchen, Dover

Need some corned beef hash with your eggs benedict? I think Fat Dog Kitchen in Dover may be the place for you. One user suggested adding roasted poblanos to this dish for some extra kick. That sounds like a challenge. The dish comes with two poached eggs, house-made corned beef hash, hollandaise and a grilled jumbo English muffin for $12.

You can also go in a different direction with eggs benedict dishes including sriracha, goat cheese, mushrooms, among others.
