The Holiday Parade returned Sunday in Dover, and Cochecho Friends, the group that organized the parade after a 2 year hiatus, is already looking ahead to next year's event.
People come from all over the Seacoast to see the Luke's Lights display, which has been lighting up a Dover neighborhood for 12 of the last 13 Christmas seasons.
Back for a third Christmas, the contest organized by the Citywide Neighborhood Committee first started during Halloween in 2020, and has proven to be a popular new holiday tradition.
