It's no secret that lots of businesses have been opening or closing their doors lately, and many new ones have begun calling the Seacoast home.

The Groovy Witch boutique recently moved to their new location in Dover, where you can shop for cute clothes and have a tarot card reading all in one visit. In the past couple of weeks, The Fermanent and Dover Coffee and Tea Co. have also opened their doors.

Now, The Islander Cafe is among the newest businesses to join the ranks.

Located at 52 Main Street in New Castle, New Hampshire, The Islander Cafe serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch daily from 7am-2pm. Here's what we've gathered about their offerings from their social media.

They can make a mean Dutch pancake (just look at how puffy)...

...as well as a delicious (and healthy) berry salad. Fruit, pecans, cheese, and chicken toppings? What's not to love?

The Islander Cafe also serve Good Citizen Coffee, which brings "a little bit of Nashville to New Hampshire" according to this Instagram post. Can we get a yee-haw?

You can also enjoy a selection of fun sweets to curb your sweet tooth.

We're always happy to see new businesses set up shop in the Seacoast, and wish those at The Islander Cafe all the best in their future business endeavors.
