Most Expensive House in Maine Boasts Indoor Pool, Tennis Court

Waterfront Estate on Falmouth Foreside, Maine

My grandparents have lived on the foreside for more than 10 years, so I have frequented the area and my jaw has dropped driving by the massive mansions and waterfront estates. I try to picture what their life must be like, what it looks like inside, but I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like.

The most expensive house in Maine just went up for sale at $10,050,000 and it happens to be right on the Falmouth foreside. Typically, when I peruse real estate sites and live vicariously through the mega-mansions, they’re spread out around the state in areas I am not familiar with. This house happens to be extremely close to home and I was so excited to take a virtual step inside.

Sitting less than 15-minutes from Portland, the waterfront estate rests right on Casco Bay and will absolutley blow your mind. It’s listed as a “single-family” home but it boasts 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and three guest houses that are entire homes themselves with multiple bedrooms. To excite us all even more and paint us green with jealousy, the home has its own deep-water indoor pool with a slide, whirlwind jacuzzi, private tennis court, and a dock leading you right into the ocean.

This estate is seriously out of a dream. It was built in 2020 so the interior is modern and stunning and the perfect place to host guests and events, especially parties in the summer. I can only imagine the sunrises and sunsets you could experience from the property!

The home is beyond beautiful with delicate attention to detail, to the point where one of the bathrooms is actually my favorite part of the entire thing. Want to see it for yourself?
