Junior forward Nick Guadarrama registered his second double-double in as many games and led all UNH players with 16 points in the loss. Guadarrama added 15 rebounds and three assists on Tuesday.

Josh Hopkins added 14 points and Jayden Martinez added 10 points for the Wildcats.

Bryant second-year guard Michael Green III led all players with a game-high 23 points in the Bulldogs' first win of the season. Peter Kiss added 22 points and Charles Pride added 17 for Bryant.

The Wildcats shot just over 40% from the field and were outscored in both halves in what was a back-and-forth affair.

“We had some really good performances,” UNH head coach Bill Herrion said after the game. “K.J. McClurg, second college game and first Division I game of his career, was probably our best guard on the court. He played terrific… Good to have Josh Hopkins back. He made some 3’s, which we need him to do.

“We’ve got to get more out of our frontcourt. Nick Guadarrama, we can’t take him off the court right now. He’s playing well, and he’s that much of a factor. I think we need to get more help up there.”
