Football is on everyone's mind these days.
Although your favorite team may not be playing in the Super Bowl this year, NFL fans talk about their teams year-round, especially if there's an attractive player gracing the locker room.
What does that have to do with the game? It brings new fans to the game and gives 'fantasy' football a different angle, so to speak.
Research from BonusFinder.com surveyed NFL fans from across the country, from 32 different teams, and here's what they discovered.
One in five fans would leave their partner for the most eligible player in the NFL, former Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady.
The survey goes on to say that nearly 20 percent of female NFL fans, and almost 10% of male fans, agreed Tom Brady is the fan favorite of all the football hunks.
Here's another fun fact from the survey. At the top of the list of fans who would leave their partner for bachelor superstar Tom Brady are Tampa Bay Buccaneer fans, followed by (no surprise here) New England Patriot fans.
It seems Tom Brady is a super celeb both on and off the field with NFL and non-NFL fans. Again, this is no surprise, but other team fans who raised their hand for Brady include Carolina Panther, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Jets, and even Atlanta Falcons fans (despite memories of Super Bowl LI).
The only surprise to come out of this survey is what team NFL fans think has the sexiest fanbase. However, I do wonder if the fans were voting on cheerleaders.
Dallas Cowboys fans ranked number one with nearly 20% of all NFL fans agreeing they are the sexiest fans, but you'd think Miami Dolphins fans would be ranked #2 of the sexiest fans. No, that honor goes to Chicago Bears fans. It must be those heavily clad cold-weather fans are deemed 'hot' in the eyes of other NFL fans around the country.
The 45 year old QB is still tops, on and off the gridiron, and that observation comes from NFL fans across the country. Go Tommy. Even though you're retired now, you will always be THE GOAT.
