3 Injured in Wells, Maine, Shooting

An alleged shooter is in custody following a shooting in Wells Saturday afternoon.

Wells Police said the shooting involved a family and that those who were injured have been hospitalized. Police did not disclose the circumstances of the shooting or the identity of anyone involved.

Wells Fire Chief Mark Dupis told WMTW TV that three people were shot at a home on Crediford Road. A police captain at the shooting scene told WMTW that the shooter is related to the family.
