An Acton man was killed in a head-on collision in Lebanon Saturday night.

York County Sheriff William King said Joshua Griffin, 34, of Sanford was driving eastbound on Route 202 and lost control of a 2016 Dodge Charger around 7 p.m. The Charger went into the westbound lanes and into the path of a 2003 Honda Civic driven by Henry Berthiaume, 32, near Creamery Hill Road in Lebanon.

Griffin and one of his two passengers and Griffin's car were taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, according to King. Berthiaume was alone in his Honda.

The collision remains under investigation. No charges have been filed.
