As the annuity value of the Mega Millions jackpot balloons towards record territory, there were several smaller tier winners in New Hampshire in Tuesday's drawing.

The numbers drawn Tuesday were white balls 7, 13, 14, 15 and 18, plus the gold Mega Ball 9. While no one matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, $251,544 in prizes were won from Tuesday's drawing in New Hampshire.

Three tickets sold in New Hampshire did match four numbers and the gold ball at Homestead Grocery and Deli in Amherst and Circle K in Bedford, winning $10,000 each. A ticket sold at Nashua Shell in Nashua played the megaplier to win $30,000.

Two $1 million tickets were sold in New Hampshire in July during the run-up to a Mega Millions jackpot, with an annuity value of $1.2 billion.

One winner was sold at a Market Basket in Salem for the July 30 drawing.  Another ticket worth $1 million was won July 19 at the NH state Liquor & Wine Outlet on the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. It was purchased by a woman from Colorado who went to the Ambetter 301 NASCAR race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon.

The largest jackpot ever offered by an American lottery was for Powerball sold in California on November 8. It had a jackpot of $2.04 billion ($997.6 million cash).
