Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker, the drummer for Blink 182, just parted with $14.5 million to buy Conan O’Brien’s oceanfront beach house nestled along the Southern California coast, just south of Santa Barbara.  The funny thing, to me at least, i that the home doesn't look like a house a Kardashian would ever live in.

It's the first home they've purchased together as newlyweds, according to the New York Post, so maybe they want cozy and non-descript.

That said, they're in celebrity heaven, as the New York Post adds their new beach getaway is just a few doors down from Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis, as well as Kevin Costner and George Lucas.

Everyone wins with this beach getaway listed with Kathleen Winter of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.  It has perfect panoramic views of the ocean.

Conan made a few bucks on this place, having paid $7.9 million in 2015. Meanwhile, Courtney and Travis now have a place in cozy, quiet Carpinteria just down Highway 1 from Santa Barbara where they were married.

This beach home is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with just over 2,100 square feet and 50 feet of ocean frontage.

Their main house has two bedrooms, a great room with a granite kitchen and breakfast bar, and a soundproof balcony. There's a lower level fit for recreation lovers with a gym, sitting area for relaxing and watching TV, and storage for all the toys a beach lover might want.  There's also a changing room and shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

The other 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in a guest house with a kitchenette and cute deck.  Meanwhile, according to The Dirt, Conan and his wife have upgraded to a $23 million estate in the same town of Carpinteria.

Now, let's take a tour.
