This Weekend: Take a Pocket Garden Tour in Portsmouth, NH
A self-guided tour through the South End of Portsmouth, NH is sure to delight garden lovers on Friday and Saturday.
Participants will have access to 15 gardens on a 1.5-mile walk. There will also be talks at Strawbery Banke’s Goodwin Mansion and Prescott Park, a hands-on leaf casting project and a book signing by John Forti, executive director at Bedrock Gardens in Lee.
Tours will take place on Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 the day of a tour.
