One thing's for sure, Maine never disappoints when it comes to tasty eats. And there are so many under-the-radar places out there, it's exciting knowing there are a bunch of restaurants to try all over.

But let's not forget about the bars and lounges.

These spots deserve just as much love as the restaurants. Every local has their own opinion on the best place to grab a drink, and it's always a topic of conversation among friends and family.

Who doesn't have a favorite? I certainly do, but I wanted to know where else in Maine one could find some good bars and lounges to check out and enjoy.

We hit up our social media to ask for people's go-to "must-try" bars, pubs, and breweries in Maine. And boy, did they deliver. We got a lot of responses, and we aren't surprised.
