Fire Destroys Kittery, Maine, House
🔥 Crews from York Village, York Beach, and Eliot assisted Kittery firefighters
🔥 No firefighters or residents were injured in the fire
🔥 A cause of the fire remains under investigation
Fire destroyed a home in Kittery Saturday afternoon.
Flames broke out late Saturday afternoon at the one story home on Tenney Hill Road (Route 103) according to the York Fire Department. Crews from York Village, York Beach, and Eliot assisted Kittery firefighters and were on scene for approximately four hours.
Pictures from the fire show a large hole in the roof. No firefighters or anyone inside the house were injured.
The house was determined to be a total loss, according to the York Fire Department.
A cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Kittery Fire Department.
