First Street in Dover, New Hampshire, Closed Monday for Old Courthouse Work
The delivery of walls to the old courthouse will close First Street in Dover on Monday.
The street will be closed between 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to allow a mobile crane to unload the prefabricated walls.
Traffic on Central Avenue will also be impacted, as the crane will be positioned at the intersection with First Street, which could cause intermittent delays.
Properties on First Street can be accessed from Chestnut Street, with flaggers helping those who are parked to exit the street. Parking will also be prohibited on First Street from Central Avenue to the rear of the former Ear Craft music building.
