Police: Rollover Crash Caused By Intoxicated Hampton Woman
Police allege a Hampton woman was intoxicated when the vehicle she was operating struck two unoccupied parked cars and rolled over onto the sidewalk of Ocean Boulevard early Tuesday morning.
Kiely J. O'Leary, 21, of Hampton, was identified as the driver. No serious injuries were reported.
Police said O'Leary had two passengers in the car that were taken into protective custody, one of which allegedly smeared blood on his booking pod and was later charged with criminal mischief, per police. That individual was identified as Jack Clark, 21, of Hampton.
O’Leary and Clark are both scheduled to appear in the Hampton District Court for arraignment on January 12 at 8 a.m.
