Police are looking for a man who allegedly climbed a fence during a pursuit on Saturday to make his escape.

David C. Hall, 38, of Wolfeboro was driving on Gosling Road in Portsmouth when an officer approached his vehicle on foot, according to police. Hall sped off and turned onto Pease Boulevard and drove onto property owned by the U.S. Air Force where police said he abandoned the vehicle and ran off on foot.

Police said Hall scaled a perimeter fence to leave the property and then ran off.

Hall is described as approximately 165 lbs, bald with brown eyes. He has
distinctive neck, face and head tattoos.

Hall faces seven charges a felony level drug charge and numerous charges
related to his alleged driving behavior.
