You know that song "That's What I Love About Sundays?" It's missing something that truly makes a Sunday well-spent — brunch.

There is something heavenly about waking up whenever your little heart desires. And then, when you feel up for it, you mosey over to your favorite restaurant. If that restaurant has specialty cocktails, you may just post up and stay there all bloody day. See what I did there?

The Sassy Biscuit Co. in Dover has a unique and delicious V-Day Brunch menu they are excited to roll out and it appears to be a win-win.

Not only is The Sassy Biscuit offering a prefixed menu that is $55 per couple, but the brunching is for a good cause. The restaurant says 10% of proceeds will be donated to the Dover Children's Home.

You can choose between a Strawberry Ginger Mimosa Bucket or a House Mimosa Bucket to wet your whistle. Next, you choose two entrees. Try to contain your drool while I tell you about these: Red Velvet Waffles, Baked Blueberry French Toast, Cheddar Cheese with Shrimp Grits, and Avocado Ham and Egg Biscuit.

How is anyone supposed to choose?

Finally, you and your sweetheart end your Valentine's Day brunch with something sweet: A tuxedo biscuit with a chocolate-covered strawberry on top.
