UPDATE: Rochester Police said Tiffany Vigneau was safely located on Signal Street safe and unharmed Wednesday afternoon.

Police in Portsmouth and Rochester are looking for help locating two individuals missing for over a week.

Davyn Hanson, 15, of Portsmouth was last seen September 26 leaving Portsmouth High School around 3:15 pm. Portsmouth Police said he has connections to the Somersworth and Rochester areas.

Hanson is 5 feet 6 inches and 115 pounds with black hair and black eyes, and was last seen wearing a red, white, and blue striped shirt and jeans. He is pictured with dark hair, but has changed his hair color to blonde, according to police.

Portsmouth Police asked anyone with information about Hanson’s location to call 603-610-7534 or Seacoast Crimeline anonymously at 603-431-1199.

Rochester Police said Tiffany Vigneau, 42, is missing and endangered. She was last seen in the area of Charles Street Monday.

Vigneau is described as tall with shoulder length curly brown hair, and was last seen wearing a multi-colored short-sleeved blouse and jeans. Her demeanor is described as friendly.

Rochester Police asked anyone with information about Vigneau's location to call them at 603-330-7128 or anonymously by calling the Rochester Crime Line at 603-335-6500.
