Rain expected on Saturday has forced some Seacoast towns to move their Trick or Treat night to Sunday.

It's a perfect witches brew of bad weather in the forecast for Saturday night into Sunday: 12 hours heavy rain and gusty winds right along the coast which could also bring some "nuisance flooding" in some areas where storm drains get clogged with leafs, according to the National Weather Service.

The heaviest of the rain will be from Rochester stretching northeast to Sanford and Portland where two inches of rain could fall. An inch is expected in other areas.
