Three teens and an adult were injured after an SUV flipped onto its roof and nearly hit a house in Salem Saturday night.

Salem Fire Department Battalion Chief Paul Balentine told Seacoast Current the mid-size SUV landed just shy of the house on Bluff Street near Zion Hill Road around 7 p.m. There was no damage to the house.

The cause of the crash is under investigation by Salem Police. Balentine said he did not know which person was driving at the time of the crash.

Three people were taken to a hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries, and one individual refused treatment.

A photo of the incident by Dustin Dufour and submitted to the Rockingham Alert Facebook page shows the SUV also narrowly missing hitting a pickup truck and another vehicle parked in the front of the house.
