Many Seacoast retailers and restaurants have changed their policies on mask wearing as the CDC's tracker map keeps all counties at the substantial level for community transmission of COVID-19 on their tracker map.

Under its current guidelines the CDC recommends masks be worn indoors in public places regardless of vaccination status. The governors of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire have not re-implemented mask wearing mandates but have said individual businesses can create their own mandates.

No store or restaurant is requiring a proof of vaccination to enter.

Here's what chain stores in the Seacoast have established for mask policies as of Sunday.

All employees & customers in high-risk or substantial-risk areas must wear masks:

Employees must wear masks, regardless of location

Unvaccinated customers & employees must wear masks

Unvaccinated customers are requested to wear masks
