A total of 37 hockey players for the UNH mens and womens hockey teams including two Seacoast natives earned their way onto the Hockey East All Academic Team thanks to their grade point average of 3.0 or higher in both academic semesters of competition.

A total of 187 players who compete on Hockey East teams were named on Friday including 19 men and 18 women UNH players.

Men:

Benton Maass earned Distinguished Scholar honors for being one of 18 players named to the All-Athletic team during seasons he was at the varsity level.

Women:

Nicky Hartnett made the team as one of 9 league named Top Scholar-Athlete for achieving a 4.0 grade point average

Seniors Grace Middleton and Ellie Sasaki and redshirt junior Ava Boutilier earned Distinguished Scholar status, three of 19 players across Hockey East.

Two Wildcats from the Seacoast, junior Lindsey Dumond (third time) and freshman Ciara Wall, both from Hampton, also made the team.
