Where Has 5-year-old Eli Lewis Been for 6 Months?
The search is on for 5-year-old Elijah (Eli) Lewis who has not been seen since May but was only reported missing to police on Friday.
The state Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) became aware on Friday that no one had reported Lewis as missing during the last six months. Merrrimack Police immediately began an investigation which was joined by New Hampshire State Police and the New Hampshire Department of Justice.
State Police said investigators want to speak with his mother, Danielle Denise Dauphinais, 35, who may be with Joseph Stapf, 30, and driving a red or maroon 2007 Toyota Tundra with New Hampshire license plate JOJOD78. Police did not disclose their hometowns or the last time they were seen.
Dauphinais is described as 5 foot 4 inches and approximately 165 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
Stapf is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall and approximately 170 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.
