The driver of a car died after hitting two vehicles head-on while driving on North Main Street in Rochester Sunday morning.

Rochester Police said a black Honda Civic operated by David Perkins, 50, of Manchester, was traveling north on North Main St when it crossed the double yellow line into the southbound lanes near Cumberland Farms. The Honda drove into the path of an oncoming silver Toyota Camry operated by Troy Raymond, 33, of Manchester.

Perkins also hit a southbound red Chevrolet pickup truck head-on. He was unresponsive when first responders arrived and was extricated from his vehicle. He was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Raymond and pickup driver David Thomas, 50, of Rochester both sustained minor injuries but were not hospitalized.
